Job summary

The Practice Quality Liaison at CAMC HEALTH NETWORK in Charleston, WV partners with assigned practices to improve quality performance, care gap closure, and value-based outcomes through data-driven coaching and workflow optimization.

You will analyze HEDIS and CMS Star metrics, support practice teams with dashboards and registries, and drive actionable plans that reduce costs while improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
• Experience with quality measurement and performance improvement.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned practices regarding quality and population health initiatives.
• Analyze quality data (HEDIS, CMS Star measures, internal KPIs) and identify care gaps.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve quality scores and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and report performance trends to leadership and practices.
• Provide training and coaching on quality measures, documentation, and coding.
