Job summary

Beacon Behavioral Partners is seeking a Practice Development Manager to expand referral networks across a defined geography in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This field-based role emphasizes in-person relationship-building with physicians, therapists, schools, hospitals, and community partners to grow referral volume and patient access to care.

You will travel within your territory, educate providers about Beacon's services, coordinate with admissions and clinical teams, and log activity in the CRM

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in healthcare outreach, physician liaison, business development, or referral-based growth roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• CRM proficiency with modern tools (Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot).
• High local travel expectation (approximately 80% field-based within assigned geography).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including physicians, therapists, schools, hospitals, and community organizations.
• Own a defined territory or set of practices and serve as Beacon's primary referral partner contact.
• Drive sustained referral volume through consistent outreach and relationship stewardship.
• Convert new referral sources into active, ongoing partners.
• Conduct in-person visits, drop-ins, presentations, and lunch-and-learns to educate providers about Beacon's services and referral process.
• Attend community events and professional meetings representing Beacon.
• Travel within the assigned geography and ensure timely referral handoffs with admissions and clinical teams.
• Log all outreach and activity in Beacon's CRM and use data to prioritize outreach and track growth.
