Pursuit is seeking a Practice Success Manager to support and grow an existing book of 50+ customer accounts across NYC in a post-sales, field-based role focused on helping medical and aesthetic practices maximize revenue through business training, marketing execution, events, social media strategy, and account development.

This role offers strong earning potential with a Y1 OTE around $115K+, a quarterly bonus up to $10K, and top performers over $200K, plus a car allowance and full medical,

Qualificações

• 1–3+ years in aesthetics or similar practice environment.
• Hands-on experience with social media content creation/editing.
• Strong customer-facing and account management skills.
• Ability to improve marketing, events, pricing, patient engagement and revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Support and grow existing customer accounts across NYC.
• Provide business training to practices to increase revenue.
• Execute marketing programs and events for client practices.
• Develop social media strategy and content for clients.
