Medtronic plc is seeking a field-based Sales Representative covering St. George, UT and Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on Neuromodulation therapies, building account plans, engaging physicians, and driving territory growth while collaborating with hospital stakeholders.

In this position you will utilize CRM systems, manage case studies, and participate in surgeon education efforts. Travel is required, with a comprehensive benefits package and sales incentive plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or Associates Degree and 4+ years; or Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years.
• Experience calling on physicians and hospital stakeholders; reimbursement knowledge; territory development.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with physicians and hospital staff; manage product approvals and territory plans.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Work with surgeons to increase exposure through SPR presentations and other activities.
• Track contacts and activities using CRM systems and report regularly.
• Attend trade shows and company sales meetings; support case studies and white papers.
