EyeSouth Partners’ North Georgia Eye Associates in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Physician Liaison to strengthen relationships with referring physicians, grow patient referrals, and promote our services. You will visit targets, analyze market data, and share insights to strengthen market position.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare sales, a related degree, and strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in sales, marketing, healthcare administration or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience analyzing data and market trends.
• General medical knowledge related to facility services and equipment.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and fosters relationships with referring physicians to increase patient referrals.
• Leads initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions.
• Increases visibility of services by visiting referral sources.
• Identifies tactics to promote provider interaction and engagement.
• Oversees market-share protection and growth through competitive analysis.
• Profiles and monitors market areas for changes in demographics and competition.
• Uses patient survey data to identify opportunities for improvement in referrals.
• Measures liaison activities and shares weekly reports on visits and outcomes.
• Meets with local practices, hospitals, and clinical directors to expand referral networks.
• Organizes physician meetings and education events; supports staff training and coordination.
• Delivers weekly and plan-for-next-week reports (visits, plans, admin).
• Demonstrates discretion and independent judgment in physician needs.
