Job summary

Bosun is seeking a driven Physician Liaison / Healthcare Business Development professional in Atlanta to expand the physician referral network and support growth in specialty services.

The role focuses on field-based outreach to primary care, internal medicine, and specialty providers, with in-office collaboration. Travel throughout the Atlanta market is required; base salary 90k–105k plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings around 125k.

Qualifications

• Experience calling on physicians or medical practices is required.
• Strong track record in healthcare sales or physician relations.
• Proven ability to develop professional relationships with decision-makers.
• Ability to prospect, manage a territory, and drive follow-up with accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new physician referral relationships in the Atlanta market.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to practices, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
• Educate physicians on specialty services, referral processes, and access.
• Develop outreach strategies to increase referrals from new and existing providers.
• Track activity and growth opportunities using the CRM and report to leadership.
