Suru Physical Therapy Inc. is seeking a part-time physician liaison to build referral relationships across Orange County, starting in central OC. This field-based role involves visiting physician offices, hospital teams, SNFs, and assisted living communities to simplify referrals to at-home therapy.

You will work roughly 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule, using a CRM to track visits and outcomes. Prior field-based healthcare referral experience and a valid CA driver's license are

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of field-based healthcare referral development.
• Working knowledge of physician offices, hospitals, and SNFs in Orange County.
• Self-directed and organized, with clear reporting on results.
• A warm, plain-spoken communicator.
• Comfortable using a CRM and a smartphone; basic understanding of Medicare.
• Valid California driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Plan route of in-person visits to physician offices, including PCP, internal medicine, geriatrics, orthopedics, neurology, PM&R, and podiatry.
• Build relationships with hospital case managers and discharge planners, and with skilled nursing facility teams.
• Introduce Suru to assisted living and residential care communities.
• Explain when in-home therapy via Suru is a good fit and how to refer by fax or email.
• Collaborate with intake to resolve referral questions.
• Log visits, calls, and next steps in Suru's CRM.
• Share field learnings on referral-source needs and coverage gaps.
• Follow HIPAA and anti-kickback guidelines.
