Job summary

Oneiro Pharmacy seeks a Marketing Pharmacy Technician to represent the organization in community outreach efforts and develop referral relationships across housing properties, clinics, and physician offices. The role combines licensed technician knowledge with outreach and education to raise awareness of services such as free delivery, blister packaging, and immunization events.

The candidate educates on services while all clinical questions are routed to a pharmacist; strong presentation skills

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California Pharmacy Technician license issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy (qualifications under B&P Code §4202 — see Board of Pharmacy technician licensing).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail, LTC, or specialty pharmacy experience.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
• Working knowledge of Medicare Part B/D, Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage, and commercial prescription coverage basics.
• Strong verbal presentation skills; comfortable speaking to groups of 10–50 people.

Responsibilities

• Represent Oneiro Pharmacy in the community, building relationships with referral sources and outreach partners.
• Educate on services such as free prescription delivery, medication synchronization, blister/adherence packaging, home infusion, immunizations, and related offerings.
• Coordinate with pharmacists for clinical questions, drug information, and therapy inquiries.
• Travel to assigned territory; field-based role with approximately 60–70% in the field.
