Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet/exceed.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and post-call evaluation to improve sales.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximise access and sales opportunities.
• Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements between AbbVie and customers.
• Share market intelligence to align brand strategy with market dynamics.
