Job summary

Ascendis Pharma is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to provide education and support for patients and caregivers navigating therapy access. This role includes significant interaction with patients and collaboration with internal teams to support timely access to therapies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in direct patient support, and knowledge of reimbursement processes. This position requires up to 50% travel, and offers a competitive salary range of $185,000 - $190,000.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a direct patient support role.
• Experience in product launches for orphan or rare diseases preferred.
• Understanding of reimbursement processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for education on disease state and Ascendis products.
• Manage relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage and therapy access.
