Stryker Corporation is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries in a field-based role. You will gain expertise with Mako robotic technology and manual procedures, assisting in pre‑operative planning, case prep, and OR workflows.

The role requires adaptability, problem-solving, and on‑call coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel up to 30% in the US may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate degree with 4+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide field-based clinical support to surgeons in the OR for robotic and manual procedures.
• Assist with pre-operative planning, case preparation, and instrument setup.
• Support workflow, inventory management, and logistics for accounts.
