J&P Hospitality Management seeks an Operations Excellence Manager to drive operational improvements across a multi-hotel portfolio. This field-based role requires up to 75% travel and hands-on leadership to stabilize operations, coach leaders, and close gaps that affect revenue and owner satisfaction.

Responsibilities include partnering with GMs, conducting audits, implementing performance programs, and ensuring brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership in hospitality, restaurants, or retail.
• Strong business acumen with P&L and revenue experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into executable field actions to drive results.
• Deploy time-bound interventions to stabilize operations and improve financial performance.
• Lead GMs to improve revenue, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and costs.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure standards and safety.
• Provide hands-on leadership to stabilize operations and close performance gaps.
• Analyze market conditions to support tactical decision making.
