Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of treatment-site operations and cross-functional workflows.
• Ability to travel ~50% and operate in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites, educating on workflows and operational requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education to site stakeholders with approved resources.
• Ensure sites can execute end-to-end treatment journeys with product processes.
• Act as SME for assigned sites on product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for operational issues, coordinating across functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure consistent site experience.
• Build relationships with site leaders and provide reliable operational support.
• Use data dashboards to assess site metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Synthesize feedback to improve HQ communications and resources.
