Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
  • Ability to operate effectively in “white space” environments with evolving processes, unclear paths, and multiple dependencies.
  • Strong operational problem-solving skills, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating next steps with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and develop meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, internally and externally, with ability to interact with individuals from a variety of cultures and disciplines.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations.
  • Ability to travel ~50%.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites, educating on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
  • Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources to support initial site implementation and ongoing operational support.
  • Help ensure treatment sites have the operational capabilities and knowledge required for consistent execution of the product's end-to-end treatment journey.
  • Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites and provide support regarding product process, operations, and logistics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, triaging and addressing issues through cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant engagement and a consistent experience for treatment sites.
  • Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders by delivering reliable operational support.
  • Utilize company data and dashboards to assess site metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Synthesize site feedback to help HQ enhance communication, workflows, resources and education.
