Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of sales experience or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed sales goals for the geography.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate the rationale for the oncology portfolio to stakeholders.
• Understand practice structures, business models, and key influencers.
• Analyze market trends and account patterns to plan short- and long-term actions.
