Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Oncology Nurse Educator to empower allied healthcare professionals with product and disease education. You will lead education programs, create tailored plans, and support patient management across hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, ongoing education, and contribution to AbbVie Oncology's mission to improve cancer care. Travel and regional/ national meetings are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and disease education to allied healthcare professionals for patient management across oncology.
• Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Educate on dosing, administration, and adverse event management of approved therapies.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure education support and knowledge transfer.
• Travel up to 50% and conduct 1:1 trainings, in-services, and round-table discussions.
