Job summary

AbbVie's oncology nurse educators keep patients at the center by supporting allied health care professionals with education and resources important for patient management. This field-based ONE role covers CA, including Fresno, with travel about half the time.

The ONE will educate on product use, disease topics, dosing and adverse events, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and clinician knowledge across the oncology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current active HCP license.
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience with recent hematology focus.

Responsibilities

• Educate allied healthcare professionals on product and disease information for oncology patients.
• Develop customized education plans using clinical insights and account dynamics.
• Prepare education on dosing, administration and adverse event management.
• Deliver 1:1 presentations and group sessions at meetings and booths.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations and other teams.
