AbbVie is seeking a field-based Oncology Nurse Educator to engage with allied health professionals, provide product and disease education, and support patient management on approved therapies. The role focuses on ongoing education, 1:1 and group presentations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical competencies.

Candidates should have 7+ years in oncology/hematology, a valid HCP license, and be willing to travel up to 50%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current active HCP license.
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience. Recent clinical hematology experience required; recent multiple myeloma preferred.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with Hematology/Oncology patients.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight stays).

Responsabilidades

• Provide product and disease education to allied healthcare professionals across oncology accounts.
• Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Educate clinicians on treatment protocols, dosing, administration, and adverse event management.
• Deliver education through 1:1 presentations, in-services, and group sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, medical) to support education programs.
• Document interactions and manage allocated educational resources.
