Job summary

CVS Health’s Oak Street Health division seeks a results-oriented Manager of Clinical Support. This field-based leadership role oversees nursing personnel, collaborates with regional and central stakeholders, and drives quality patient care and outcomes across centers.

Travel is required to support initiatives and align with regional priorities. The ideal candidate brings RN licensure, 5+ years nursing experience, and 5 years of management experience, with strong problem solving and communication

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse, in good standing.
• Typically >5 years relevant experience; minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• 5 years management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Flexible, positive attitude with a desire to change primary care paradigms.
• High emotional intelligence to evaluate situations from multiple perspectives.
• Broad knowledge of job area within the business unit or function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and ensure alignment with regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and central stakeholders, including the head of Nursing.
• Ensure quality nursing care, patient outcomes, and patient experience across the region.
• Travel to centers as required to support operations and leadership.
• Coach, direct, motivate, and evaluate nursing staff while maintaining safety and quality.
