Qualifications

• CNIM certification is required or maintained.
• Experience with intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with surgeons and OR staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery and communicates findings to the surgical team.
• Maintains and troubleshoots IOM equipment; prepares logs and documentation.
• Adheres to compliance, policies, and training requirements; travels as needed up to 25%.
• Represents the company professionally and maintains patient safety standards.
