Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of multi-unit operations management experience.
• Strong background in retail, restaurant, grocery, convenience, or food service operations.
• Experience managing multiple locations and leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of labor management, operational systems, inventory controls, and profitability management.
• Comfortable using technology, operational reporting systems, spreadsheets, and performance-tracking tools.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Comfortable with regular travel between locations and flexible operational schedules when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations with field leadership.
• Drive operational consistency, customer experience, and performance standards.
• Conduct regular location visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Analyze financial and operational performance across sites.
• Improve efficiency with systems, labor, inventory, and standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop location managers; foster accountability.
• Develop reporting structures and dashboards to improve visibility.
• Monitor KPIs, labor, inventory trends, and profitability initiatives.
• Travel between locations to ensure execution and schedule alignment.
