Job summary

Leap Brands is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the performance of a multi-unit restaurant market. This field leadership role focuses on developing General Managers and District Managers, solving problems, and driving results across restaurants.

You will own sales, profitability, people development, guest experience and operational execution, visiting sites regularly and ensuring brand standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong multi-unit restaurant operations experience.
• Experience leading District Managers or area leadership teams.
• Solid understanding of restaurant P&L and four-wall economics.
• Proven ability to drive sales, labor, food cost and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance of a multi-unit restaurant market.
• Coach and develop District Managers and General Managers.
• Drove sales, traffic and restaurant-level profitability.
• Regularly visit restaurants and stay connected to field operations.
• Review P&Ls and ensure accountability for results.
• Partner with HR, Training, Marketing and other departments to support teams.
