Compass Pathways is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Senior MSL to connect science with the neuroscience and mental health community. The role is field-based in Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN, reporting to the Director of Medical Science Liaison.

Responsibilities include building relationships with clinicians and researchers, conducting compliant scientific discussions, and communicating medical insights to internal teams to guide clinical development and medical strategy.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific training with credentials (e.g., PhD, PharmD, PMHNP, MD)
• Previous MSL experience strongly preferred
• Background in neuroscience, psychiatry or psychology advantageous

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain scientifically grounded relationships with healthcare professionals and researchers in neuroscience and mental health within the assigned territory
• Lead compliant scientific discussions on disease understanding, research methodology, and emerging evidence in TRD and PTSD
• Provide accurate medical information in response to unsolicited requests from external stakeholders and collect insights to inform clinical development and medical strategy
• Mentor junior MSLs, support onboarding, and contribute to broader medical affairs initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Government Affairs, and Market Access
