Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 5+ years professional sales/customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in residence state and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel up to 50%.
• Role is 100% commission with potential bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned quota through consultative Hospital sales, marketing, and product demonstrations.
• Build credibility with nurses, medical directors, and administrators.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to position products effectively.
• Ensure accurate shipments, strong customer service, and timely issue resolution.
