Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell Emergency Care Hospital products, including Defibrillators, AEDs, and Chest Compression systems. Build relationships with healthcare providers, negotiate pricing, and manage orders while exceeding sales targets.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, product expertise, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and support teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hospital Emergency Care products to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve assigned quota with consultative Hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations.
• Become the resident Hospital/PRT expert, engaging nurses, medical directors, and administrators.
• Support customers with timely, complete, and error-free shipments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reporting, budgeting, and project coordination.
