Job summary

Central Plains Cement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, focusing on safety, productivity, and employee development at our Tulsa operation. You will manage work orders, PMs, inspections and turnarounds, while coordinating with planners and production supervisors to meet production goals.

The role requires hands-on technical oversight, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering reliable maintenance in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AAS) or related experience.
• Minimum of five years in maintenance/industrial environment with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team with focus on safety, productivity and employee relations.
• Coach and develop team; delegate and recognize good performance.
• Ensure maintenance activities are safe, efficient and timely; manage work orders and inventory.
• Coordinate with planners, inspectors, and production supervisors; schedule manpower.
• Spend ~70% of time in the field coaching the workforce and ensuring readiness for jobs.
• Enforce plant policies and environmental requirements; verify contractor insurance before work.
