Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Production department crew.
• Maintain safety as top priority with daily safety meetings.
• Monitor plant operations and product quality to meet specifications.
• Coordinate schedules to meet production, sales and distribution needs.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and coordinate with Maintenance.
