Job summary

Cement Recruiter in Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance projects and improve equipment reliability at a large cement manufacturing operation.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager, plan, coordinate, and supervise corrective maintenance and capital improvement projects, and drive predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum) in Engineering or related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
• Reduce maintenance costs through effective planning and execution.
• Improve equipment reliability by implementing predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise corrective maintenance projects.
• Coordinate and complete assigned capital improvement projects.
• Identify equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
