Job summary

Premier Sims seeks a dynamic Inside/Outside Sales Representative to grow our Southern California market.

This is a 100% commission-only role with no base salary, combining inside sales, business development, and field client consultations with high-end residential clients, builders, architects, designers, golf facilities, and commercial partners to promote custom luxury golf simulators and immersive Audio/Video environments.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in outside or inside sales, luxury sales, or technical product sales
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated experience generating leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and direct prospecting
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM software
• Ability to independently manage a Southern California territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
• Passion for golf, sports technology, or luxury lifestyle products strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop new residential and commercial sales opportunities throughout Southern California
• Prospect via phone, email, referrals, networking, social outreach, and B2B relationship development
• Follow up with inbound leads and manage prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Conduct in-home and on-site client consultations and product presentations
• Develop relationships with custom home builders, architects, interior designers, developers, golf professionals, country clubs, and other referral partners
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Negotiate and close high-value custom projects
• Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity tracking within the company CRM
• Collaborate with design, estimating, operations, and installation teams to develop tailored client solutions
• Provide white-glove customer service throughout the sales process
• Attend networking events, golf events, trade shows, and industry functions as needed
• Stay current on golf simulator technology, Audio/Video products, and luxury residential trends
