bioMérieux seeks a field-based Account Manager to grow the microbiology, immunoassay, molecular and Vision Suite portfolio. You will create plans to close high-value opportunities, train and coordinate with Product Specialists, and manage a dynamic pipeline while traveling up to 70% of the time within the US.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with key customers and opinion leaders, with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related professional experience in IVD, medical device, life sciences or healthcare.
• In lieu of a degree, 6 extra years of related experience are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a business plan to drive territory growth and new instrument/reagent sales.
• Maintain existing customer base and manage pipeline to meet forecasts.
• Deliver effective sales calls, demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists and other teams in a matrix environment.
