Job summary

Blackhawk Industrial Group is seeking an Industrial Sales Representative to drive revenue within an assigned territory. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and deliver tailored solutions from our full-service portfolio.

The role is field-based with up to 75% travel nationwide, requiring a self-starter with strong communication and closing skills to meet quarterly and annual targets. You will use CRM to track activity and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional B2B sales experience required.
• Industrial cleaning/industrial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the existing customer base within your assigned territory.
• Visit customer locations to understand and expand their needs while delivering exceptional support.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver presentations and demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet targets.
• Maintain records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM (e.g., Excel).
• Identify and qualify new leads via cold calling, networking, social selling, and referrals.
• Attend industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with other departments to refine campaigns and onboarding.
• Track KPIs for calls, meetings, pipeline growth, and revenue.
• Report sales productivity to senior management weekly/monthly.
