Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for High-Plex Sequencing. This field-based role supports East and West coast opportunities, with travel to labs and conferences.

You will translate complex sequencing workflows into consultative solutions, drive market adoption of library prep solutions, and build deep relationships with key accounts while collaborating with field teams.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Genetics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical sales experience in life sciences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–75% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Strategy & Market Growth by partnering with customers to expand High-Plex Sequencing footprint.
• Serve as the High-Plex Expert by translating complex chemistry and workflows into consultative solutions.
• Drive Strategic Customer Success by managing complex sales cycles and building relationships.
• Collaborate Across the Business with field scientists, product management, and sales teams.
