Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico in Caguas, PR seeks a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive field-based sales, generate referrals, and build relationships with families and local organizations.

You will manage a referral pipeline in Salesforce, plan outreach events, and collaborate with Growth and Admissions to ensure smooth lead handoffs and ongoing growth of our ABA services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years in field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and grow relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct outbound outreach through in-person visits and networking.
• Execute a weekly prospecting plan to source opportunities and expand market share.
• Qualify and document lead potential and readiness for engagement.
• Log outreach and referrals in Salesforce daily.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Sales Ops to resolve barriers to conversion.
