ABA Centers in Puerto Rico is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive field-based growth in Caguas and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations, generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with Admissions to convert opportunities into care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting across assigned territory.
• Log outreach and manage referrals in Salesforce daily.
• Plan and execute community events to raise awareness.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Admissions on messaging and handoffs.
• Track territory performance and report results weekly.
