ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, LLC seeks a high-energy Business Development Representative for Downingtown, PA. The role focuses on field-based sales, lead generation with healthcare decision-makers, and building referral networks to accelerate autism care access.

You will manage relationships with pediatricians, clinicians, schools, and organizations, while using Salesforce to track pipeline and maintain territory plans. Expect travel and flexible scheduling to support events and outreach.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and grow relationships with prospective referral sources.
• Log outreach, visits, referrals, and contacts in Salesforce daily.
• Execute outreach strategies to meet territory goals and growth priorities.
• Plan and lead field events and education sessions for lead generation.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions for aligned messaging.
