Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA seeks a Business Development Representative to generate leads and establish strong relationships with families and local organizations. You will drive referral growth, manage the sales process in Salesforce, and coordinate events to increase awareness and enrollment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in field sales or business development, excellent communication, and CRM proficiency. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule for events are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and grow relationships with prospective referral sources.
• Log outreach, visits, referrals, and contacts in Salesforce daily.
• Execute outreach strategies to meet territory goals and drive growth.
• Plan and lead field events, education sessions, and outreach opportunities.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions for aligned messaging.
