Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field with 1+ year foodservice experience or 2+ years food sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and win as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with ability to maintain workload from a remote office.

Aufgaben

• Sustain existing business and drive new, incremental sales volume.
• Sell General Mills products to Foodservice customers in focus channels across assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and CAS peers to create operator demand for new items through distributors.
• Leverage Salesforce and data tools to identify opportunities and plan calls.
• Meet or exceed 16 in-person sales visits per week and complete Core 74 Opportunities per half-year.
