Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience with pregnant individuals, children, or parents/caregivers.
• At least two years coordinating services across healthcare, behavioral health, and community systems.
• Travel up to 40% local travel for in-person, community-based, and healthcare settings.
• Full-time schedule; may include early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
