Job summary

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking an Education Coach to support teachers across multiple Sunshine House Centers. You will observe classroom practice, model evidence-based strategies, and help translate early childhood knowledge into consistent, high-quality daily experiences for children.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with center leaders, and willingness to travel within an assigned cluster and occasionally beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice for infants to pre-K.
• Ability to observe, identify priority actions, and translate feedback into practical classroom strategies.
• Experience mentoring adults and leading professional development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build coaching relationships with teachers and center leaders to support reflection and growth.
• Observe classrooms and use company tools to assess practice and curriculum implementation.
• Provide job-embedded support through modeling, practice, and reflective conversations.
• Help teachers use curriculum, planning tools, and family resources with confidence.
• Coordinate coaching priorities with center leadership and maintain documentation of goals and outcomes.
• Manage a cluster-based travel schedule and participate in ongoing training.
