Responsibilities

• Coach and advise agency owners on sales results and state plans.

• Identify and prioritize best sales activities for independent contractors.
• Manage district programs related to independent agency owners.
• Develop relationships with agency owners and staff.
• Source and select agency owners to fill openings.
• Influence performance results through field collaboration.
