American Family Insurance seeks a field-based leadership professional to coach and advise independent agency owners in Wisconsin. You will recruit, influence performance, and align district strategies with corporate goals while traveling up to 50%.

Based in the Milwaukee area, the role offers a salary range of $113,000–$194,000 with relocation support. You will report to the Wisconsin State Director and spend 3–4 days in the field per week.

• Manage district programs for independent agency owners.
