AFMIC American Family Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. seeks a field-based leader to coach agency owners who operate as independent contractors and to recruit captive agencies. You will report to the Wisconsin State Director and reside in Milwaukee or surrounding areas.

The role focuses 70% time in the field with travel to offices for trainings and events, aiming to drive district growth and profitability while supporting owners in executing the state sales plan.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and advising business owners (independent contractors).
• Ability to interpret corporate strategy and translate to district actions.
• Knowledge of budget management concepts and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise agency owners on sales results and district plans.
• Guide agency owners to align profitability with independent business operation rights.
• Source and select agency owners to fill openings and grow the district.
• Build relationships with agency owners and staff while respecting owner autonomy.
• Travel up to 50% for field engagement and team activities.
