Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in North Carolina (RN, NP, or PA) preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with 2–3 years in a progressive leadership role.
• Willingness to travel to clinics frequently.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership & Operations: maintain a visible field presence and lead on-site clinical staff across all service lines.
• Data & Compliance: interpret operation data to drive performance and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Continuous Compliance & Standards: stay current with OSHA, NCCHC, and state/federal regulations and lead investigations when needed.
• Talent, Onboarding & Workforce Performance: lead onboarding and competency-based training for clinical teams.
