• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations for clinical operations and safe care delivery.
• Prepares, submits and manages budgets for assigned departments.
• Supervises managers and providers to ensure policy compliance; optimizes staff and resource use.
• Monitors patient, staff and provider satisfaction and implements improvements.
• Implements a comprehensive quality assurance program including safety and infection control guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
