Thermo Fisher Scientific's Specialty Diagnostics Group is seeking talented Clinical Sales Specialists for current and future opportunities across the United States. In this field-based role, you will drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting customer relationships while representing our diagnostic products, testing solutions, and services.

Opportunities may support different portfolios and territories; travel about 50-75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; sales experience in healthcare preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience in diagnostics or healthcare.
• Experience managing territory, accounts, and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve sales goals.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Apply a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and workflows.
• Communicate the value of diagnostic products and services.
• Drive adoption and utilization of solutions within targeted accounts.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from lead to close.
• Maintain territory plans, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM.
• Analyze territory performance and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers and objectives.
