Job summary

Boston Scientific Neuromodulation is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive territory growth and support clinicians in complex cases. You will build relationships with neurosurgeons, movement disorder clinicians, nurses, and patients while promoting our DBS technology.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or clinical roles, with travel up to 40% and a base compensation around $65,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years in a sales and/or clinical role.
Experience in neurology/neurosurgical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support existing Sales team to drive revenue and achieve territory objectives.
Prospect for new customers and position products against competitors.
Develop clinical acumen to support Neurosurgical cases and Neurology patient appointments.
Build relationships with neurosurgeons, clinicians, technicians, nurses and patients.
Thrive in a high-performance culture and manage resources effectively.
Gain insight into competitor strategies and product strengths/weaknesses.
Understand hospital buying processes and collaborate with sales leadership and reimbursement teams.
Support neurosurgery and neurology meetings, calls, and training events.
Lead local provider training on device technology and programming capabilities.
Work with Therapy Consultants and Field Clinical Representatives in a field-based setting.
Travel within the territory up to 40%.
