Job summary

Axis Construction Mgmt., LLC. is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager for field operations. The role requires regular travel between active sites to conduct safety inspections, enforce safety policies, and ensure OSHA and company standards are met.

The ideal candidate will maintain site-specific safety manuals, coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors, and lead training and incident investigations to continuously improve on-site safety performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction certification.
• Ability to oversee safety manuals, plans, and compliance documentation.
• Willingness to travel regularly between jobsites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Field safety inspections and compliance across multiple sites.
• Develop, organize, maintain, and update site-specific safety manuals.
• Enforce safety standards and stop-work when needed.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and incident investigations.
• Maintain safety logs, inspections, and corrective-action records.
• Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors on safety issues.
