Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking an Area Safety Manager to support safety initiatives across multiple construction projects in the local market. The role collaborates with field leadership to promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance while building a proactive safety culture on all job sites.

The position involves traveling between sites, conducting inspections, coaching workers, delivering safety training, and assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Experience conducting inspections, observations, incident investigations, and employee training
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with field employees, supervisors, and project leadership
• Ability to identify safety risks and provide practical solutions
• Willingness to travel throughout the local market supporting multiple project sites
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn safety reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Travel between job sites to conduct safety inspections and coaching
• Partner with foremen, superintendents, project managers, and field employees to reinforce safety expectations
• Assist with OSHA compliance, incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety documentation
• Conduct safety training and certifications for field employees
• Monitor safety performance trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Serve as a safety resource for operations teams by providing guidance and best practices
• Promote a culture focused on accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
