Job summary

Wagman Construction, Inc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while maintaining client relationships and high-quality standards.

The PM will report to the Director of Project Management and ensure projects are on time, within budget, and compliant with safety norms. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring on-site work and supervision across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building construction experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• In depth working knowledge of construction trades.
• Understanding of estimating applications, preparation of proposals, project management, conceptual estimating, job cost accounting, and scheduling for commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, sequences, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Control job material and labor expenses, prepare financial reports and payment applications.
• Lead project team meetings, coordinate field activities, and ensure collaboration.
• Develop and implement site logistics plans and collaborate with subcontractors.
• Oversee distribution of project documents, including RFIs, shop drawings, and addendums.
• Assist in preconstruction/estimating efforts by providing schedules and site logistics plans.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and OSHA regulations are met.
