Job summary

Community Counseling Center Inc seeks a Community Support Caseworker to deliver community-based services to adults and children in the CPRC program in Cape Girardeau, MO. The role involves travel within the community hosting client homes or residential centers and typically managing 20-25 clients with weekly meetings.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, a valid MO driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, or four-year combination of education and experience.
• Qualifying experience includes service delivery to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, or developmental disabilities.
• Must hold MO Class E Driver's License or obtain by start date and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community support services to assigned clients in the CPRC.
• Work in the community, including client homes or residential centers.
• Manage a caseload of 20-25 clients, meeting with them weekly.
• Provide training/education to clients in daily living skills.
• Monitor treatment plan goals and maintain contact with the treatment team.
• Refer clients to community resources to improve functionality and support networks.
• Document client interactions per agency guidelines and deadlines.
